3 Free apps that you should try out in 2022
2021 has been quite a year for new software launches across the globe, but here are 3 of my favorite websites that I personally discovered in 2021:
Typedream

Typedream's landing page
As promised by the developer, Typedream is like Notion meeting Webflow. As typedream provides one with the ability to create beautiful landing pages in less than a few minutes with the simplicity level of notion and provide you with some degree of customization, on the lines of webflow. The only problem that I face with the app is that it only allows you to create one page per website in the free version. Link: https://typedream.com/
Pitch

Pitch's landing page
In case you are someone who is saturated by ppt's, keynote and google slides, needs a breath of fresh air with something more modern-looking and promising, Pitch is the app you are looking for. Pitch has an improved user interface with a focus on presentations (which is unlike apps like Canva where anything that comes under design is under focus), allows real-time video collaboration in the basic plan as well, has a humongous list of templates being created by pitch and the community of pitch users as well. The best part is that most of the things you need (except watermark-free exports) is available under their free plan. I might do a comparison between Canva's presentation tool and Pitch very soon, so make sure to check it out, once its uploaded. Link: pitch.com
Wormhole

Ever since Firefox send shut down, I was looking for an alternative tool but most either had a bunch of ads and popups, were slow, had lower upload limits and didnt allow me to customize the time period for which it stayed online. Wormhole fixed all of that, its a file sharing app that let's you control the period for which your file stays on the internet, its quick and privacy focussed. Plus it allows you to upload files up to 10 GB, so yeah its pretty cool.
