Your goal is to build different rooms and make your shelter a utopian environment for your people. You do this by collecting resources, applying for the right jobs for people, and setting out to explore. It's not all fun and games though as there are cockroach outbreaks that you do have to take care of. But generally, Fallout Shelter is great for your managing skills and also provides lots of enjoyment.

6. Dead Effect 2
