iPad mini 6 rumour roundup!
The iPad mini 6 has been in the rumours for a while now. Ever since Jon Prosser (FrontPageTech) talked about it in his video, people have been pretty excited for the redesigned iPad mini. Here’s a rumor roundup for you guys of Apple’s newest iPad in the works!
1. Design:
The iPad mini is rumored receive the same design changes that were made to the iPad Air 4 in 2020 and iPad Pro in 2018. It’ll be a boxy chassis along with thinner, uniform bezels around the display.
2. Processor and Specs:
According to a report by 9to5Mac, the new iPad mini will support the A15 chip (same as the iPhone 13 series). This will be a huge upgrade since the iPad mini 5 had the A12 Bionic chip.
3. Ports and Connectivity:
The iPad mini 6 is also expected to have USB C as well as the Smart Connector, which means we might get a mini version of the Magic Keyboard! Also, the new redesigned design means it’ll support the 2nd generation Apple Pencil.
4. Price and Availability
The new iPad mini is expected to release later this year or early 2022. Our guess for the pricing is $449, which will make it $100 cheaper than it’s bigger brother, the iPad air 4.
