The wildly popular FPS game is now coming to Android, confirms the US-based Riot Games.

In an announcement celebrating the game’s first anniversary, Riot confirmed that it’s working on a mobile version of the free-to-play shooter, namely Valorant Mobile. While the developer didn’t reveal too many details about the mobile version, its title does suggest it’ll be similar to its PC sibling rather than a complete spin-off.

Valorant’s executive producer Anna Donlon told Polygon that the mobile version would focus on the mobile player’s needs. It won’t simply be a ported version of the PC title. Donlon also confirmed that cross-play between PC and mobile wouldn’t be available, as the control schemes on both the platforms differ.
Riot is the latest developer to bring their FPS shooters to Mobile, following Respawn Entertainment's Apex Legends Mobile, Tencent's PUBG, Activision's CODM and Epic's Fortnite.
No official release dates or any timelines were announced, but we do hope the game to be available by the next year!
