Why does the Apple logo have a bite?

The Apple logo is a symbol that many of us instantly recognize, but have you ever thought of why there is a bite in it?





This is a cherry and it is also a red fruit that is somewhat spherical and has a green "stem". An apple also looks like that and so Apple decided to make the logo have a bite in it, so it was not confusing.





Here is an Apple without a bite:

See, it looks similar.


Anyways, the reason behind it is not mind-blowing but it is still fascinating to know a cool fact about the logo of a multi-trillion dollar company! (Fun Fact: This was the first article to be posted on KineTech V2, so we hope you love the redesign! :D) ---
